Introduction
These General Terms and Conditions of Sale define the rights and obligations of Sky Evele and any person making a transaction via our website or social networks. By placing an order, the customer acknowledges having read and understood these General Terms and Conditions of Sale without reservation.

4. Order and confirmation: This order is subject to the customer's final confirmation regarding their selection and other conditions. Please note that this year's orders will be handled as follows:
- Addition of products to stock.
- Refusal of confirmation by phone/WhatsApp.
- Possibility of exchanging products with the customer (e.g., cancellation of the delivery link without cause).
5. Payment: Payment directly triggers the delivery process (cash on delivery). The customer is required to pay the full amount of the products upon receipt.
6. Delivery of orders available within 24 to 48 hours. Delivery will be made within one to three days to the same address. This service disclaims all responsibility for damage incurred during transport or due to power outages.
7. Returns and exchanges: In accordance with our return policy, the customer must wait three days before requesting an exchange.
- The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging.
- Return costs are at the customer's expense, according to SkyEvil's conditions (from the first purchase or each subsequent purchase).
8. Protection against donations: Your contact details (name, address, telephone number) are necessary for processing your request. You can use public information.
9. Intellectual property: All elements of the SkyEvil website (texts, images, videos) are and remain the exclusive intellectual property of the brand. Any reproduction, even partial, is strictly prohibited.
