What size am I?

Our products are designed with loose and flowing cuts for an elegant and discreet look. Simply choose your usual size (S, M, L, XL). If you hesitate between two sizes, choose the larger one for a flattering silhouette.

Do you deliver throughout Morocco?

Yes, we deliver to all cities in Morocco, as well as to most rural areas, thanks to our trusted partners.

What is the delivery time?

Your order processing takes 24 hours. Delivery then takes:

- Casablanca: 24 to 48 hours.

- Other cities: 48 to 72 hours.

(Delivery times may vary slightly during peak periods.)

How to pay?

Cash on delivery only. You pay the delivery person after receiving your package.

You have the right to check your order (model, color) upon delivery before paying.

Can I modify or cancel my order?

Yes, as long as the order has not been shipped. Contact us via WhatsApp as soon as possible. Once the package has been handed over to the delivery person, the order can no longer be canceled.

How to track my order?

How to exchange a product?

You can exchange a product within 3 days of receipt. The product must be new, unused, and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs are borne by the customer, unless the error is ours.

Do you offer refunds?

We do not offer refunds for a simple change of mind. We only offer exchanges or store credit. Refunds are only possible in case of a manufacturing defect.

What if the product is defective?

Contact us immediately with a photo of the defect via WhatsApp or by email at sskyeveil@gmail.com. We will arrange a free and quick replacement.

Is my personal data protected?

Yes, your data (phone number, address) is used only for the delivery of your order and is not shared with any third parties.

Are the colors true to the photo?

We make every effort to ensure that the images accurately reflect the product. However, slight color variations may occur depending on your screen's lighting.
