At Sky Evil, we attach the utmost importance to the quality of our products (abayas, khimars, and sets) and your satisfaction. For complete transparency, here is our simple and clear policy:

1. Exchange Policy and Conditions: You have the right to change your mind! You can exchange your product within 3 days (72 hours) of receipt. To be exchangeable, the product must be:

- In its original condition (new, unworn, and unwashed).

- In its original packaging.

Note: Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in case of an error on our part (see section 2).

2. Errors and Defective Products: If the error is ours (incorrect size, manufacturing defect, incorrect color), Sky Evil will cover 100% of the return and re-shipping costs. We will immediately process your exchange or refund request, according to your preference.

3. Inspection upon Delivery (Very Important): We offer you the possibility to inspect your order before payment.

- You can open the package in the presence of the delivery person.

- Please check the type of fabric, color, and pattern.

- If the product does not suit you, you can return it to the delivery person and only pay the shipping costs (if applicable).

Once payment has been processed and the package received, any subsequent order will be subject to our standard exchange procedure.

Please provide: your name, your order number, and the reason for the exchange.

5. Non-Accepted Products: For hygiene reasons and to guarantee the quality of our products, we do not accept returns of used, washed, altered, or unboxed items.
